Prosthetic dentistry

Prosthetic dentistry makes it possible to replace the lost parts of teeth, whole teeth or groups of teeth. Depending on the size of the loss, we use:

1. Crowns

• Crowns can be used when part of a tooth is lost,
• we use metal, veneer, metal ceramic, ceramic crowns.

2. Root inlays

• Root inlays are used in case of complete loss of the crown part of the tooth,
• In this procedure, an inlay is placed in the root canal and the crown is attached to it.

3. Bridges

• the loss of 1 or more teeth can be replaced with a bridge
• This is the fabrication of the missing part of the tooth which is fixed in the mouth.

4. Removable dentures

• In case of loss of an unlimited group of teeth or all teeth, the solution is to use removable dentures,
• This is a resin partial or total denture.
